HB1757 – Ethanol Fuel General Excise Tax Exemption: Exempts the sale of alcohol fuels from the general excise tax. It has been estimated that the exemption could save consumers over $30 million annually.

SB148 – Tax Credit: Provides a mandatory tax credit to taxpayers pursuant to the requirements of the Hawaii State Constitution. Up to $160 will be returned to certain low-income residents who most need our support.

SB1882 – Low Income Food/Excise Tax Credit: Establishes a graduated food/excise tax credit for low- to middle-income residents, to ensure that those with lower income will receive greater relief. New brackets and credit amounts more accurately reflect the current needs and incomes of those trying to pay for basic necessities.
